Registration – Deadline: 14/21 April 2023
This year, we celebrate the 75 Year Anniversary of the Danish Society for Parasitology (DSP). Participation (including lunch) in the DSP/DSTMIH Spring Symposium 28 April 2023 is therefore free, if you are a member of DSP or Danish Society for Tropical Medicine and International Health (DSTMIH). Others must pay DKK 150 to participate in the symposium (including lunch).
Whether you are a member of DSP/DSTMIH or not, you must register here to participate.
The deadline for registration is 21 April. However, if you wish to submit an e-poster, you must register and submit your e-poster no later than 14 April.
e-poster submission – Deadline: 14 April 2023
All scientific contributions must be submitted as 1-page e-poster PDF files.
Only registered participants may submit e-posters, and will be expected to be present at the Symposium to present their work. If you have not yet registered, do that first (click here to go to the registation page) and note your unique registration number, which should be entered below.
All e-posters must have a title and an author list, but other than that you may format your e-poster as you wish. However, we encourage you to include the following elements:
- Title (obligatory)
- Author list – with affiliations (obligatory) [consider including a photo of the presenting author to facilitate contact with interested readers]
- Summary
- Introduction
- Materials and methods
- Results
- Conclusions
Some e-posters will be selected for oral 10-min presentations during the symposium. To be considered for such a presentation, please make sure that you select option A below. e-posters not selected for 10-min oral presentation will be included in a Flash talk/e-poster Q&A session (only if you select A or B below). All e-posters will be available for viewing by participants during the symposium.
Note that submissions not in PDF format and/or longer than one page, will not be considered.
