The daily running of the Danish Society for Parasitology (DSP) is managed by the DSP Board in accordance with the Society By-Laws. Members of the Board are elected by the members of the Society at the annual General Assembly, which also has the opportunity to modify the By-Laws as required (see the By-Laws for details).
